See, that’s just it, she’s fine, and she has plenty of food.
She used to be so well-behaved, maybe she’s just being a teenage owl.
It’s an incredible noise, and I feel bad Silencing her cage all the time.
Would you like me to take her to my office? It’s in the Astronomy tower so she’ll have access to anywhere. I can take a look at her.

Oh, I apologise.
I swear there’s something wrong with the owl, it just seems to hoot at everything for no reason.
It spooked a first year this morning. She keeps being restless so I let her out, but she comes back and shreiks at me again.
I’m starting to worry it’s making me look like an animal abuser.
Did you try and feed her? Or see if she’s hurt? Or did you have any small creatures like mice with you? She is just a bird you know, they don’t tend to be that well behaved.
